Casal Dos Silvas is our lived-in, pre-renovated family home in Galamares: spacious and comfortable, with the imperfect texture that comes with an older stone-built farm villa.

The upstairs flat has two double rooms and one single room, with access to a generous 1,000 m² garden and off-street parking for two cars.

Hi, we're a British family. We're going back to the UK for the summer and we're looking to rent out our house. Please note it is unrenovated and not perfect in places (!) but we think it's a lovely place to be!

The Reality

Not a hotel. A real home.

Some things are imperfect, and we want to be plain about that. The house is pre-renovation, lived-in and personal, but it is also spacious, comfortable and full of character.

We are looking for one family for the full July and August period. Ideally, we meet the family first so everyone feels comfortable with the arrangement.

Location

Between Sintra, Colares and the sea.

2 minutes from Sintra and Colares
5 minutes from Praia Grande and Azenhas do Mar
Take the tram from the house to Praia das Maçãs.

Convertible 4x4 Jeep, perfect for beach runs with the kids.

Family bikes, surf equipment also available to use. In addition, there is plenty of secure storage for sports equipment, vegetable patch and fruit trees, hammocks, large kids trampoline and swings in the garden.
